Self love and value emanates out of consciousness.

IT10At times we all can feel like the rudder of the ship has fallen off. We all suffer discontentment and uncertainty due to our self imposed expectancies.

When we find ourselves in turmoil, fear, lack, and frustration, we are imposing our past conditioning onto ourselves. We are functioning from our distorted view of the past, and bringing it forward into our present. It doesn’t really matter what  we do in these times, as nothing seems to work.

A greater lack of clarity and consciousness seems to elude us. When we find ourselves functioning in this way, we often beat ourselves up even more  and chastising ourselves  with “I should know better”. When despair is present we are living unconsciously.

We are not seeing the truth of what is presenting in experience and emotion. In a sense, we are living in an unauthentic way – unconscious. This dishonours our soul and the journey of incarnation that it has undertaken.

Also in this moment we our depriving ourselves of the quality of love and truth by not being in alignment to what is real as opposed to what the mind believes to be real. this is one of the highest forms of self – abuse and acting out and validating  lack of self love and value.

We are wasting our lives by not living consciously. We are depriving ourselves from the qualities of the divine  – love, clarity, and contentment. To be in the full expression of allowance.

So what can we do when you find ourselves in lack or non-truthful function?

For starters, doing our best to perceive what is real in the moment as opposed to what the mind believes to be real – often there is a massive difference between the two.

So how will I know what is real and what is not?

Well thankfully, we were born with an accurate meter – our emotions. All truth is positive. So this tells me that if I feel emotionally negative I am not in truth. I am believing something I perceived and validated in my past and now currently believe it to be true. This causes me to act in an unconscious way, burying me deeper into lack and negativity.

It will often lead to avoidance too, which means taking on some sort of addiction to blanket the hurt and pain perceived. Or worst still, externalising blame on the world.

This becomes a rich breeding ground for more non-truth taking on judgements and being critical of people and experiences.  This will always set you up for heartache and hardship  throughout your life. The first step to functioning from and becoming more conscious starts with acknowledging why you feel negative.

The validation that right now I feel negative and I know this can only happen because I am believing something based on a distorted perception of what is real from past experience that I now believe to be true.

This statement in itself makes you more conscious. In that moment you see more accurately what is real, you are seeing the truth about why you feel negative. You are in this moment perceiving in a more conscious way. By perceiving more accurately, we are enabled to make decisions and perceptions based on truth. In so doing, you honour your incarnation. You actively partake in self-love. This will always bring you to a better life.
